عوامل الخطورة متعددة المصادر المتنبئة بالاضطرابات العصبية النمائية لدى الأطفال في فلسطين المحتلة

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة تحديد أبرز عوامل الخطورة المسببة للاضطرابات العصبية النمائية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم في الدراسة استبانة عوامل الخطورة التي توزعت على المجالات الآتية: (الخصائص الوالدية؛ والعوامل البيئة والصحية؛ وظروف الحمل والولادة والتنشئة لدى الأطفال؛ وعوامل الخطورة الأخرى مثل التعرض لشم الغاز المدمع التي يتنبأ أن لها علاقة بذلك.

تشكل مجتمع الدراسة، أمهات اطفال ذوات الاضطرابات العصبية النمائية القاطنين في المحافظات الشمالية من فلسطين المحتلة اللواتي يرتاد أبناؤهن مراكز الرعاية. اقتصرت الدراسة على 175 من أمهات هؤلاء الأطفال ذوات الاضطرابات العصبية النمائية و (30) أم لأطفال أسوياء في نموهم ضمن عينة قصدية متاحة. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.

أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة دالة إحصائياً لعامل وزن الطفل عند الولادة وحالته الصحية ووجود صلة قرابة بين الوالدين ووجود إعاقة لدى قريب والتعرض للغاز المدمع أو لمضاعفات صحية خطيرة وتعرض الأمهات أثناء الحمل لضغوطات نفسية حادة أو للعنف أو مسكنات الألم، أو للأشعة، ولعامل نوع الولادة وحالة الطفل عند الولادة والتعرض لشم الغاز.  وخلصت الدراسة إلى توصيات قد تساهم في توجيه بوصلة الخدمات الصحية الأولية للسيدات الحوامل والمواليد أهمها توفير ملف تطوري للطفل يشمل جميع المراحل التي يمر بها في طفولته مما قد يعزز القدرة بتطوير برامج وقائية وتدخلات مبكرة.
