The objective of the current research is to identify the functional enrichment of primary school principals, and whether there is a functional enrichment provided by the school principal, since the school principal is an important human resource in the school and as the school is the educational environment that contributes to the building of the country. Is proposed to enrich the job of the school principal to develop and improve his performance in order to increase his job satisfaction, which in turn leads to improving the outputs of education and increasing the outputs of the study. Therefore, the researcher adopted the scale of the study Nabhani (2014) and applied to (400) managers of primary schools within the Directorate General of Education Karkh I, II and III. And found a weakness in the enrichment of the career principals of primary schools. The research came out with some recommendations and suggestions.
