Abstract

 The research aims to identify the effect of educational blogs on the cognitive achievement of fifth-grade literary students and to develop geographical research skills and motivation towards learning in the subject of geography. The research sample consisted of two groups, one of which was experimental and the number of female students in it was (35), and a control group in which the number of female students was (35). ) A female student, and in an intentional manner, the researcher chose Al-Zohour Girls’ Secondary School from the research community, which included secondary and middle schools in the Salah al-Din/Tikrit Governorate Education Directorate. The researcher used the quasi-experimental approach for two equal samples, and after conducting parity between the two research groups, the researcher applied the experiment and research tools and obtained data that was processed. Using the statistical program (SPSS), the results showed the superiority of the experimental group that studied using educational blogs over the control group that studied using the usual method, and the researcher arrived at a set of results, recommendations, and proposals.
