The Research Aims To Identify The effect of using the (4Rs) model in a achievement of material of Educational psychology And Reflective thinking at the Institute of Fine Arts
. Researcher Used The Experimental Design A Disciple Of Partial And The Posttest, Chose Researcher Division (A ) To Represent The Experimental Group That Studied According To the (4Rs) model, And Represented Division (B) Of The Control Group , Which Is Studying The Traditional with Method. The Number Of Students ( 60 Students) By (30 ) Students In Each Division . Equivalent The Two Groups In Variables : Age Of The Students , Intelligence , Reflective thinking Test . The Researcher Prepared The Achievement Test And Reflective thinking Test , Were The Validity And Psychometric Characteristics And Constancy, The Results Showed The Superiority Of The Experimental Group That Studied According To The the (4Rs) model In achievement And Reflective thinking. Researcher Recommended The the (4Rs) model Using In Teaching.
