Abstract

Summary :

This research concern about (Thomas Hobbs, pioneer of political thought in modern philosophy) the means a statement that Thomas Hobbs is the pioneer of political philosophy in Europe in the 17th century, by putting the first theory in political philosophy in his book Leviathan, Dragon or Sea Giant, outlining the state of nature in man before civil society, the reasons for the establishment of civil society through the theory of social contract, and the importance of this in the establishment of the civil state, rights and rights. natural, natural law governing society, indicating the form of government,and the governor's prescriptions and his duties.
